Good afternoon linda,
I have been asked to confirm those issues that will be reviewed in our forthcoming Site Review for 3895 E. 19th,
The existing conditions site plan would probably include items related to storm water runoff, etc., submitted by our
civil engineer and information certified by our wetlands consultant or combination of work from the two sources, I
have listed the items designated on the City of Eugene list and wonder if you can add or delete those items which
you expect to review in your process, We are attempting to expedite the process once the Annexation
agreements, etc. are taken care of, Thank you for working closely with us on this,
Kip
