I have reviewed the einail and paper plans for your project. The east driveway access scales out as about
170 feet from the track;which if true, places it far enciugh from the track to be-of little concern for
vehicle queueing over the track.B~sed on:these plans as submittea, Rail Division has no safety

It was great ta'lking with you-this morning. I put the attached documents into the
mail this morning so you should 'receive our cover letter, 11 x1 T site map and flow
'chart in hard copy shoitly. I thought it might.behelpful to have this information
in digital format .as well.
Her~ is some general information aboUt our.project here at theUO Bookstore. We
are expanding our Processing Center located at 3895 E. 19th in Glenwood (City of
Springfield). Our plans are to expand out the West end of our building to provide
additiohal racking and storage space (see Site Plan PDF attached). The expansion
. is a. simple 'addition of roughly 8200 sq. ft. Staffing levels will remain the same.

On the'attached s.ite Plan,' please note the yellow highlighted "Access & Gate" .
area on' the East end 'of our property. This isthe'existing access gate we've' been
using for years and there are no plans to change this access point. Furthermore,
there will' be ho 'change or increase in the traffic flow of trucks or deliveries. I've '
attached a current daily/weekly flow schedule for your review.
