Both the main floor and second floor/mezzanine are shown on one page. The yellow zones are offices or areas used as cubicle spaces that we removed in our initial-remodel after we purchased the building in 2003. The old Stretch & Sew office areas downstairs are now being used primarily as storage for our web/mail order stock. The "Sample Room" area shown on the Stretch & Sew plans is now our shipping area. We are not using the yellow "Word Processing" zone area as office space: The "Coffee" room and the Men's bathroom downstairs in the red zones were also removed in our initial remodel. We split the downstairs Women's bathroom into two separate, smaller single stall bathrooms. . On the second floor & mezzanine, the yellow "Pattern Preparation" zones and the blue "Display Area" zone were filled with cubicles (although this is not indicated on the plan itself but were set up as work stations when we toured the building prior to purchase). We do not use the yellow "Design Office 3" zone was also used for office space. The red zones upstairs were bathrooms that we no longer use (although the site plan show we intend to build additional bathrooms upstairs in the expansion) and the green washer & dryer zone was removed. We currently use the entire upstairs mezzanine area as storage. If you have any questions or if you have issues with the PDF, ple~se let me know. Thank you! Thanks again for your time. 1 wanted to let you know that we've found plans for the E. 19th property circa 1985 when the building was occupied by Stretch & Sew, Inc. These plans detail a number of office spaces on the main level that were taken out for storage space when we rnoved into the building in our initial remodel. They also show a few larger spaces on the upper level that were used for cubicle offices. The plans do not detail the cubicle offices upstairs but it still shows these areas as work spaces, which we are currently. using as storage. (And, after the proposed expansion, will only have the office spaces available for team members to use for meeting facilities; we will not actually be staffing these oflices with additional team members.) I'm going to take these plans (actually it's just one sheet of the plans) to Kinko's for scanning and will send you a PDF first thing tomorrow. 2/22/2008 M~ssage \ Page 3 of3 ~ If you have any questions, please let me know.
