The Plan Review contained a lot of "boiler plate", and items already in
the contract.
The following are additional clarifications or changes from the Plan
Review.
2. Spec for roof covering: See Sheet SPE-1 which is the overall spec
for all the lease buildings.
6. Doors 7 & 16 to be 4'-0" wide
7. Delete exit- sign from door 5.
9. Add sign "This Door to Remain Unlocked During Business Hours" to
door 7.
10. Finish Schedule requires ceiling of exit corridor 103 to ,be 1-hour
rated.
11. Door &.frame 11 to be 20 minute ratvd.
Delete rating from door & frame 16,
12. An entry ramp is provided at the adjacent Albertson's building. We
prefer not to delete parking spaces to provide another ramp at this
building.
13. Exit sign at door 16 is to be located at +.fl'-O"
17. Insulation R factors are noted in the specs, sheet SPE-l.
18. Vapor barriers will be provided with the batt insulation.

At B-3.03 suggest note 7-0 x 5-0 opening be changed to ~-~ y ~-n opening
with the ceiling in the vestibule to corridor 103 at + 8'-0".
All sound system equipment is supplied by Newberry's. All wiring and
installation is to be by electric contractor.
