Subject: DRC2007-00080 Condition of Approval #2
On February,8, 2008, the City issued a decision on Case No. DRC2007-00080 for a Minor Site
Plan Modification to the Rosboro site. Condition of Approval #2 of that decision stated that
"prior to operation of the modified area of the site, the applicant shall propose and receive
approval from the City of Springfield Public Works Department for a pretreatment upgrade to the
affected stormwater system..."
On February 27,2008 the applicant submitted the attached proposal for a pretreatment upgrade
to the affected stormwater system. The Public Works Department reviewed the proposal and
has approved the design as proposed. Prior to operation of the modified area of the site, the
applicant shall upgr~de the affected stormwater system as proposed.
