Subject: DRC2007-00080 Minor Site Plan Modification for Rosboro Lumber
Please review the attached Type I Minor Site Plan Modification application for any issues or
concerns and submit your findings and conditions to me by Februarv 1. 2008,
This application is to construct a storage shed for tools and clean-up supplies and a concrete
slab for the timber drying machinery area. It was submitted concurrently with DRC2007-00079,
a Final Site Plan Equivalent Map.
The Minor Site Plan Modification application as submitted on December 14,2007 was deemed
incomplete, and notice of the items needed to make the application complete for review was
mai.led to the applicant's development review team on December 26,2007. On January 17,
2008, the City received the all of the information missing from the original submittal and has
accepted the application as complete for review.
