Molly,
I received the DWP exemption request for Rosboro (DRC2007-00080) and spoke with Mark Rainville
yesterday to address some follow-up questions. The proposal does not include the use, storage, or
production of any hazardous materials and is therefore eligible for exemption from SDC 3.3-200, I
informed Mark that the exemption request letter serves as the official certification that the project
involves no hazardous materials and that we may visit the site at any time to verify.
