The applicant has submitted a Type 1 Minor Site Plan modification application. The
Public Works Engineering Land Development Section has reviewed the proposal and has
prepared the following findings and conditions for your use.
Finding: The applicant proposes to manage the stormwater runoff from the redeveloped /
area by directing the flow to a series of existing catch basins. These catch basins do not
perform any pretreatment of the water before it is discharged into the City of Springfield

Condition: The applicant must upgrade the affected stormwater system, to ensure)
pretreatment of the stormwater runoff prior to discharge into the public system.
The proposed pretreatment upgrade must be approved by the City of Springfield
