DRC2007-00079 Final Site Plim Equivalent Map for Rosboro Lumber:
This one. involves pre-existing conditions. Access and Water Supply are shown. No further fire
department comments.
DRC2007-00080 Minor Site Plan Modification-Construction of storage shed and new kiln
building:
Proposal shows approximately 61 ,675 sq. ft. to be built. The proposal states that Type III-B
construction is to be used and will be sprinklered. Based on calculations from 2007 Springfield
Fire Code Table B105.1, the required water flow will be 1510 gpm. Table C105.1 requires one
fire hydrant. The map shows three fire hydrants are available. Therefore, water supply is okay.
Access is also okay as it is pre-existing.
