NARRATIVE
The property at 1942 5th street is currently license as an in home day care center and is authorized for 16
children. The state provider number is CF 501153. We are a 501 C3 non-profit.
. The request is to change the definition to Standard Child Care Center, thereby authorizing an increase in

the number of children to be a maximum of 30 children. These children are 2 years to. 6 years of age.
12% to 20% are full time or 4-6 children if the center expands to the maxitnum. The approximate 80% of
the children are half day only.
There are no changes to the building.
There are no changes in the Public Utilities Plan.
There are no changes to the landscaping plan.
There are no changes to the on Site lighting plan.
There are no wetlands, or riparian areas within the development area.
There is no increase in the storm water run off.
