RE: Temporary Occupancy
Dear Business Owner:

On January 21, 1990, a Temporary Occupancy was granted to you to
occupy the newly constructed store at 2000 Marcola Road, Springfield,
Oregon. As a condition of the Temporary Occupancy, you are required
to complete the following items no later than February 27, 1990.
1. Relocate subpanels CF-l, CF, CL or the overhead piping to allow
uninhibited dedicated space.
2. Secure conduit feeding panel M-13. Secure all conduit in the
mechanical room in accordance with the National Electrical Code.
3. Provide all panels with schedules.
4. Provide labels on all disconnects.
5. Provide correct sized fusing for roof top units.
6. Secure cable feed smoke detectors in plenum.
7. Provide disconnects for all roof top units,
8. Provide name plate data for all roof top units.
9. Provide documentation to this office that the trash compactor is a
listed unit.
10. Repair "open ground" in outlet in Pharmacy.
11. Provide junction boxes .[or splices under the registers.
12. Provide K.O. seals in junction boxes.
13. Provide bushings for speaker cables.
14. Provide test reports on high strength bolts.

15. Complete all site work as required in your Development Agreement.
An inspection will be conducted on February 28, 1990 to ensure
compliance. If the items are not completed the Temporary Occupancy
will expire and legal action may be taken in order to ensure
compliance.
