Subject: DRC2008-00034 Dwyer Tree Felling Permit Application
. Please review the attached Type II Tree Felling Permit application for any issues or concerns and
submit your findings and conditions to me by the DRC meeting scheduled for the concurrent
Land Division application (SUB2008-00022) on June 10, 2008.
. This application is for the removal: of 35 filbert trees to enable the applicant to develop a five-lot
subdivision. The Criteria of Approval for tree felling applications can be found in SDC 5.19-125.
