The Engineering Division has conducted a site visit and reviewed the materials provided with the
subject application. ,The comments below are provided for your use in preparing the landcuse
decision. Please contact me with any questions. .
This application proposes felling 35 trees to enable the applicant to develop a 5-lot subdivision.
The Public Works department has determined that a surety bond is not required forthis
application.
Public Works Engineering has no other issues with this proposal.
