Hi Tara, the Floodplain Overlay District approval was issued for the Helfrich Property at 2833 20th Street (Case
. SHR2008-00006). The staff report is on Tidemark. There are 2 conditions attached to the decision pertaining to
flood proofing of utilities, including the septic system. It is also recommended (but not conditioned) that the in-
ground swimming pool is equipped with a.relief valve to ensure hydrostatic pressure does not cause its
