. Annexation will be coupled with IGA
. Statutory process with county for transfer of jurisdiction?
. Are there any properties that have ODOT or other gov't ownership/impact?

. Memo to Gino and Christine Lundberg giving status update
. Notify residents of islanded area as well as 300' from project boundary of proposed annexation
. Have clear maps of what and why annexation is occurring for mailing arid community meeting
. Include Paula Taylor in communication loop
