Please be advised that the City of Springfield has issued an amended Site Plan Review decision
, for the Springfield Justice Center to address conditions'of approval that could not be met within
the timeframe originally specified (90 days), Because this project is to be completed over a 2-3
year period, several conditions will be addressed during each relevant phase of construction (eg.
tree felling; utility relocation; alley closure; etc,). The City has made minor textual changes to
Conditions 1, 9 and 12 on the enclosed Amended Decision to provide a more flexible timetable
for these conditions to be met.' You are being notified of this amended decision as the named
applicant for this application.
