Andy,
The plans are conceptual at this point and have not been issued for purposes of obtaining a building permit.
However, we will be issuing the construction document set in February 2007 for a building permit. The building
permit application will not include any area outside of the City property (that is, it will not extend into B Street).The
further land use actions will continue - including the, request for vacation of B Street.

Hi Jim, thanks for loaning the design development plans, I have'returned the roll of plans to your office, The only
suggestion I have is to ensure plan reviewers are aware the designs are only conceptual at this point and subject
to further land use action, including vacation of B Street and modification of the current site plan., As it stands, the
plans would have no status for official review or issuance of permits, Thanks
