I plan to request the print job for our drop box inserts (included w/ballots) near Sept 7th for the Nov 7, 2006
General Election. We can discuss the ballot box relocation after that Election. The next "scheduled election" is in
March, 2008 - If there are any measure filings.

Thanks Roxann. The constructed is to begin (hopefully) by the end of 2006 after the November ballot measures, .
with completion in late 2007 or early 2008.

That will have to be coordinated with the City of Springfield. When will the construction begin and when is'It
expected to be completed? Once I have that information - I can provide you with a more inclusive response.
Thanks for the heads up! . .

Hi Ms. Marshall, I'm not sure if you can answer this question but here goes anyWay. If I need to contact someone
else please let mE? know: . .
There is a Lane County Elections ballot drop box located near the Springfield Police Station, and this entire
downtown block is proposed for construction of a new municipal Justice Center and jail. During construction the
ballot drop box likely will have to be moved to a new location. Do you have any idea where the box may be
relocated in the interim (ie. City Hall, Library, etc.)? It would be helpful to have this information from Lane County
Elections should there be any questions arising from the public during upcoming meetings on this project. Thanks
