It is our practice to notify businesses when we have noticed, or have received a complaint regarding a
possible violation of the Sign Code.
Information has been forwarded to me by Code Enlorcement starf indicating you have a pOl"table sign
located near your business. ^ portable sign is a sign \",hich is not permanently anchored to a building or to
the ground. Portable signs arc not allowed to be placed either ill the right of way or 011 private properly. I
have enclosed the Code section for your informntioll. This portable sign needs to be removed within the
next seven (7) days.
