County Instructions: This t'onn is to accompany the plat and the supporting documents to the Lane County Surveyor's
Office al the time of final submittal for n..:-cording. The purpose is primarily to notify that office of which items need to be
recorded simultancously with the plat, but it also serve.." to remind the developer/surveyor that these documents need to be
included in the final submittal package to the County Surveyor.
