4. A PERMANENT, FULLY AUTOMATIC,
UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION SYSTEM WILL BE
PROV~DED FOR ALL REQUIRED PLANTINGS.
THE SYSTEM WILL BE DESIGNED BY A
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. THE SYSTEM WILL
CONNECT TO THE EXISTING RESIDENTIAL
METER. BACKFLOW PREVENTION WILL BE
PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPLICABLE CODES.
MAINLINE AND LATERAL PIPING WILL BE
