2. STORM DRAIN: THIS PROJECT PROPOSES TO REPLACE EXISTING VEHICULAR CONCRt.1 to:
PAVEMENT WITH. NEW BUILDING ADDITION/ROOF AREA. RESULTING IN NO NET INCREASE IN
IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AND AN OVERALL NET REDUCTION IN IMPERVIOUS AREA REQUIRING
TREATMENT. DUE TO THIS, THERE ARE NO PROPOSED WAitt< QUAUTY MEASURES AS PART
OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT.
Flt.t I MAINTENANCE BUILDING: PROPOSED ARE TWO SMALL BUILDING ADDITIONS. ONE ON
THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND ONE TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. ROOF
WAIt.1'( FOR THE EAST BUILDING ADDITION WILL BE ROUTED AROUND THE PERIMt.It.R OF THE
NEW BUILDING FOOTPRINT AND CONNECIt.u TO THE EXISTING 6"SD LOCATED JUST NORTH OF
THE ADDITION. ROOF ' WATER FOR THE NORTH BUILDING ADDITION WILL BE ROUTED INTERNAL
TO THE BUILDING TO CONNECT TO THE EXISTING STORM DRAIN SYSTEM. BECAUSE THE SITE
GRADING DIRECTS SURFACE RUNOFF A WA Y FROM THE EXISTING BUILDING. NO NEW PAVEMENT
CATCHMENTS ARE NECESSARY.
WASH BUILDING: PROPOSED IS A SMALL WASH BAY ADDITION AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
