The subdivision was granted conditional approval on October 25, 2007 under Case Number SUB2007-00050: This application contains copies of the lender concurrence paperwork .that has been, provided to Laura Foumal. The following is a discussion of how the final plat conforms to the conditions of approval placed on the tentative subdivision "application: 1) The proposed private vegetated soakage shall be fully vegetated with all vegetation species established prior to approval of Final Plat. Alternatively, if this condition cannot be met, the applicant shall provide and maintain additional interim erosion control! water quality measures acceptable to the Public Works Department that will suffice until such time as the filter strip vegetation becomes fully established.
