'Periodic'lnspection: It! Performed inspection on the reinforcing steel for elevator pit walls and footings at lines 1 G, 4B, 3AB and 3AA. Reinforcing steel was checked for size, grade, laps, quantities, locations, ties, clearance and supports. Observed the placement of 9.0 yards of Knife River ...10QD-psi (3000 psi required) concrete (mix 40-1 K) into areas noted above. Concrete v;.;;s'placed directly from truck and was mechanically consolidated. Cast one (.1) set of four (4) 4" x 8" compressive strength cylinders. Notified Ian (Wildish) of on-site results. Slump- 4 3/4"; concrete temperature- 71 F; air' temperature- 46F. Ian was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated 02-12-09 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
