Field Observations and Comments
As requested a PSI representative was observed in-place suspended ceiling at rooms 115, 117, ,118, 119, 121, 122,
and 124. The Armstrong Ceiling System installed per IBC code referencing ASTM C635 and emailletter from Kevin
Spahn dated March 3, 2009 (see attached). To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected above was in
accordance with the building department approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship
[?rovisions of the International Building Codes.
