PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF TWO RESOLUTIONS AMENDING
FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Work Session:
Review and discuss proposed changes to City fees and charges.
Regular Meeting:
Hold a public hearing and adopt/not adopt the following resolution:
1.) A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
ADOPTING AN AMENDED MASTER SCHEDULE OF RATES, PERMITS, LICENSES,
AND OTHER FEES AND CHARGES AS ESTABLISHED BY THE SPRINGFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE., .
Hold a public hearing and adopt/not adopt the following resolution:
2.) A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
ADOPTING AN AMENDED MASTER SCHEDULE OF MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND
CHARGES, RATES, PERMITS, AND LICENSES.
ISSUE STATEMENT: The Resolutions being presented contain inflationary and other adjustments to fees currently
charged by the City of Springfield Development Services, Fire and Life Safety, and Public
Works Departments.
