EXTERIOR BOUNDARY OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN A. WARRANTY DEED
RECORDED MARCH 20, 2008 INSTRUMENT NO. 2008-015486 LANE COUNTY. OREGON OFFICIAL
RECORDS AND TO FURTHER SUBDIVIDE SAID PROPERTY INTO fiVE lOTS IN ACCQRDANCE
WITH O.R.S. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR A lAND USE APPLICATION
