SIXTH. ADDITION" AS GIVEN TENTATIVE APPROVAL FEBRUARY. 17, 2006 BY THE. CITY OF
SPRINGFIELD UNDER CASE NO. SUB2006-00004. THE POINTS AND LINES SHOWN ON
THIS PLAT WERE ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:
