No.: Type of Inspection: Z4175LD Epoxy Weather: Clear Field Observations and Comments Performed continuous inspection during the installation oi (16) #6 epoxied rebar dowels in the following locations: cmu fence columns on line #10. Prior to installation the predrilled holes were cleaned using a nylon brush and compressed air. Verified minirnum embedment depth of 12 1/2 inches. The above listed epoxy anchors were installed using Simpson Set-XP epoxy with ICC# ESR 2508.
