Land division map needs bearings on all property lines Additional comments not related to the completeness of the application: . This parcel currently has a development agreement for curb, gutter, sidewalk, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, street lighting, and streets trees. As the opposite side of North A street has 2/3 improvements in place, this development appears to fall under this agreement and as such these improvements should be , undertaken has part of this development.
