To whom it may concern,
I am James Benedetti, owner of Benedetti' s Meat Mkt. & Deli. Without knowing much about
electrical work, I had the electrician Jim Ray help guide me. He had me used his old employers name on
the initial permit He was just trying to make a referral for his old employer. We must have misunderstood
each other. I am sorry for the inconvenience, this is my first time starting a business and I don't know all the
regulation. If! do any other electrical work I will contact the inspector first
