RE: Street Address Change
At your request. your property commonly known as 849 Royal Del Lane, Springfield, Oregon, also known
as Lot 78, River Glen Second Addition Subdivision, Lane County Reference Number 17032343, part of
Tax Lot Number 02000 has been changed. The new address assigned to the property will be 855
McKenzie Crest Drive. -
As we discussed on the telephone, addresses are assigned by the street from which the property takes
access. After reviewing your construction plans, it was determined that although your vehicle access is on
Royal Del Lane, there is not a pedestrian door facing a public right' of way except the one facing McKenzie
Crest Drive. It is our determination that a McKenzie Crest DrIve address will more logically identify the
property,

letter:
