agrees to have 600 of concrete in the sidewalk area (adjacent to the driveway), and to pave the area behind the
back edge 01 the sidewalk, or dnveway apron, with a minimum depth of 3" asphattic concrete or 6" 01 portland
cement concrete. The area behind the sidewalk shaD be paved a minimum of 18 feet
The applicant agrees that ~ he/she does nol pave the area behind the sidewalk within 30' days 01 cutting the
curb opening, the City 01 Springfield has the authority 10 close the driveway access by removal 01 the curb cut
AD incurred costs shall be assumed by the applicant and ~ unpaid, said cost shaD become a roen 01 the property.
