Arrived on site as requested to perform high strength bolt inspection. Verified "snug-tight condition" for 5/8, 3/4, and 7/8
A325 high strength bolts for tube struts to columns. Verified minimum tension requirements for the fully pre-tensioned
primary frame connections for 8/5", 3/4", and 7/8" A325 high strength bolts using contractors torque wrench (serial
#1102100119) and previously determined torque values of 190 ft Ibs for 5/8" A325 bolts, 340 ft Ibs for 3/4" A325 bolts,
500 ft Ibs for 7/8x2'/. A325 bolts and 515 ft Ibs for 7/8x3" A325 bolts. Checked (2) bolts per connection or 10% of bolts
In connection. All bolts checked this date will meet and/or exceed minimum tension requirements with exception to the
following: there is a gap between faying surface on the northwest interior column to beam connection. The
southwest interior column to beam connection, the southeast interior column to beam connection and the
exterior southwest column to beam connection.

Field Observations and Comments
Performed visual inspection of reinforcing steel at the following locations: cmu pilasters on the north and west sides at'
building from 10' to 14'. Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, size, lap, placement and clearances where applicable.
Reinforcing steel was placed in accordance with approved design drawings and specifications. All cells were relatively
clean and mortar projections are within the limits of the International Building Code. Performed continuous inspection
during placement of grout in the locations listed above. Grout was placed by pump and mechanically consolidated. All
