Contractor: Mcintyre Construction BP No.: C8-00589 Periodic Inspection: It!
Performed inspection on reinforcing steel for 8" CMU perimeter walls and one (1)
interior wall on north side of carwash area (12' to top). Reinforcing steel was checked
for grade, size, lap, placement and clearance, where applicable. Reinforced cells
appeared to be free and clean of excessive mortar projections.
Observed the placement of 14.5 yards of 7 sk grout (mix 7-GNO) from Knife River in
walls noted above. Grout was placed by pump and was mechanically consolidated.
Walls were grouted solid. Contractor to wet set "J" bolts at top of walls for sill plate.
Also, performed inspection on the reinforcing steel for two (2) wing wall footings on
south side of carwash area for trash enclosure. Reinforcing .steel was checked for
grade, size, lap, placement and clearance.
Brent (Hap's Masonry) was asked to notify our office when additional services are
needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
04-10-08 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
