previous prnperly owners "Chase"
This lot has been held for the Chase
family and they understood they
would have a McKenzie Crest
address. The lot is large and
although it takes access off Old
Orchard, it is the only residence on
the south side of McKenzie Crest in
the low 700 block and should not
create a problem for emergency
services. There Is also two other
houses in this subdivision that have
been granted an address change
based on similar circumstances.
