AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPRINGFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE SEmON 4.004 DEFINmONS TO
ADD THE DEFINmON OF "cm MANAGER".
The City of Springfield ordains as follows:
Section 1. Section 4.004 "Definitions" of the Springfield Municipal Code is hereby amended
to add the following definition:
"City Manager. The City Manager of the City of Springfield as defined by the
2001 Springfield Charter or the City Manager's designee."
Section 2. Except as amended herein, all other terms, phrases and definitions set forth in
Section 4.004 "Definitions" of the Springfield Municipal Code shall remain in full force and
effect.
