Reinforcing steel was checked for . grade, size, lap, placement and clearance,. where applicable. Reinforced cells appeared to be free and clean of excessive mortar projections. Observed the placement of 10.5 yards of 7 sk grout (mix 7-GNO) from Knife River for walls noted above. Grout was placed by pump and mechanically consolidated. Walls were grouted solid. Brent (Hap's Masonry) was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed. . To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated 04-10-08 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
