Gordon Anslow of Anslow & Degeneault and Mike Evans have requested early release of LDAP;s (before
Building Permit issuance) on a few lots within Mt Gate, I have been in communication with Mr. Evans since Mr.
Anslow is out of town,
I explained several items related to potential early release of LDAP:
1, Approval of foundation and location of structure on the site would be required,
2..Applicant would need to apply for a foundation only building permit.
3, Permit would be routed to Engineering, Planning and Building for foundation location and structural approval.
4, I explained that foundation only permits are not the norm, it most likely would not buy the client much time and
the best process for all involved was to wait for building permit approval. '
In Mr, Anslow's case. Building has not approved the foundation and other structural issues, Tara has not
completed Plannings review, Thanks, Virginia.
