STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
ROCK RESOURCES, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("Grantor"), conveys to METRO ROCK &
CONSTRUCTION Co., an Oregon corporation ("Grantee"), the real property situated in Lane County,
Oregon, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $10,600,612.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.'
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE
