The true consideration for this conveyance is $1,019,816, (i) paid from proceeds ofa tax-deferred exchange under Section 1033 of the Internal Revenue Code, and (ii) paid to a qualified accommodator as part of a tax-deferred exchange under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
