Subject: Bakery
I notice that Franz Bakery has submitted a site plan modification to construct a fueling facility. If that facility is going to be used
to fuei their own vehicles, they may become eligible for a partial rebate of Springfield local fuel taxes. The rebate is available on
diesel that is used to fuel company vehicles subject to state weight mile taxes, and rebates 80% of the local fuel tax on diesel
delivered to their on site fueling facility. You may want to pass that word along if it seems to fit with what they are planning to
do.
