In my Project Review Memo dated August 19th, 2008, (attached) for the above mentioned project, I
included a recommended condition (#1) that requested the applicant to 'provide evidence of ODOT
approval for the Main Street driveway access. This was based upon conversations I had with Jon
Driscoll and Mike Wilbur of ODOT. Len Goodwin however has indicated that the City does in fact have
jurisdiction over this section of Main Street . 1.
That being the case, I would like to revise the recommended conditions to eliminate Condition #1.
Please let me know if you need any additional action on my part to rectify the situation. I would be glad
to help in any way. '
