Report
Met on-site with erector's representatives to perform inspection on the 3/4" A-325 high
strength bolts in the beam to beam and beam to column connections using a calibrated
I torque wrench. Over 50% of the bolts were checked and will meet andlor exceed pre-
established torque values from our report no. E-58013, dated November 01, 1996.
Hardened washers were used. Representative was asked to notify our office when additional
L services are needed. I

W Met on-site with .erectors representative to establish job torque values on a sample of 3/4"
II A-325 high strength bolts to be used in the structural steel connections. Three bolts of each
size and length were installed and tightened in a Skidmore-Wilhelm tension indicator. Job
torque corresponding to the minimum required'tension value of 28 Kips (3/4) were
established as follows:
2 114" x 3/4" - 270 ft.llbs,
1 3/4" x 3/4" - 270 ft.llbs.
Erectors representative was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed,
