Performed visual inspection on the truck wash recycle system weldments including recovery
tank weldments.The fillet welds were checked for profile and general workmanship and
appear to be in conformance with the submitted plans, specifications and applicable codes.
Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
