Performed visual inspection on the epoxy all thread anchors, Four anchors were installed on the west wall and five
anchors were installed on the east wall over partition walls, 5/8" all thread anchor bolts were installed with a
ininium of 55/8" embeddment depth with a hole diameter of 1l/16", and with Rawl Hammer Capsules #6704,
Embeddment depth, cleanliness, diameter of hole and application of epoxy are in compliance with jobsite plans, J.'
except for north hole on east wall, North hole on east wall embeddment depth was only 4". Allen with Allen
UColburn General Contractors was notified of on-site_inspection results.
