No. 97-0958 Met on-site with contractor to verify that the 5/8" A-325 High Strength Bolts in the beam to column connections are in a "snug-tight" condition and bolts have been marked, Witnessed the application of the additional one-third turn-of-the-nut as required by Uniform Building Code for 5/8". bolts, The bolt markings indicated that the procedure was prqperiy completed. The rebar and anchor bolts are secured in laced. Rebar supported on concrete dobie blocks. Rebar and anchor bolts placed in accordance with on-site plans om Schaudt, Stemm, & Wild, dated June 17, 1997, and Chief Industries, Inc., dated May 28, 1997, and revision ated June 12, 1997 (in-set column footing), To the best of the inspector's knowledge, the work inspected was in ccordance with the building department approved design drawings, specifications, revisions, and applicable orkmanship provisions of the V.B.C., except if noted above, Inspector: D.
