It appears that E7018 SMA W was used on all weldments, According to submitted documentation, Lynn Armstrong was certified in the 3G position in .1990 by Northwest I Testing. There was no documentation received that welder was engaged in the given process needed to perform vertical and overhead fillets, Contractor was advised welder was not certified in accordance with A WS D 1. I code, All column to beam welds and plate to beam weld at center column on north side were marked for repair due to overlap, undercut andlor poor workmanship, All column to base I plate welds are acceptable. Performed inspection on the bolted beam to existing wall connection at center of north side of n(lw addition. Six (6) 3/4" grade.8 bolts are in-place in over-size slotted hOles" II Washers were used under the bolt head and n'ut and appear to be concaved on beam flange side:'- Bolt.diimeter and msher thickness -do' not app'earto - conform to AISC manmil. or". .
