THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS TO ESTABLISH THE EXTERIOR
BOUNDARY OF THAT CERT AIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN TWO WARRANTY DEEDS RECORDED ON JANUARY
6. 2006, DOCUMENT NO. 2006-1087 AND DOCUMENT NO. 2006-1088, LANE COUNTY OREGON OFFICIAL
RECORDS AND TO FURTHER SUBDIVIDE SAID PROPERTY INTO TEN LOTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH O.R.S.
REQUIREMENTS AND THE CONDITIONS OF APPRO V AL OF A LAND USE APPLICATION APPROVED UNDER
CITY OF SPRINGFIELD JOURNAL NO. SUB2006-00055. THE BASIS OF BEARING IS DEFINED BY THE NORTH
