Performed continuous visual inspection during fit-up and construction of complete
penetration groove weldments on lower and upper stairways per A WS 01.1-96 and project
details IA and 2A, dated'December 03, 1997. Returned to shop in afternoon and
performed final visual inspection on weldments on both stairways. To the b~st of our
knowledge, the work checked, is in conformance with design drawings, specifications and
applicable A WS D 1.1-96 code. Fabricator was asked to notify our office when additional
services are needed.':
